We take pride in the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will gladly send you a replacement. Please contact our Customer Support Team at contact@dattools.com within 30 days of receiving the product, and provide them with details and any supporting evidence of the fault. Our team will guide you through the return and replacement process.
Please note:
Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. However, it does not extend to instances of misuse or damage caused by force. In such cases, the product will not be eligible for warranty coverage. We recommend using our tools in accordance with their intended purpose and care instructions provided.

2. Do you offer refunds for change of mind?

No, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. We encourage our customers to make informed decisions before making a purchase. However, if you have any concerns or questions about a product, our team is here to assist you. 3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods to provide convenience and flexibility to our customers. Currently, we accept major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) via Square and PayPal. For bulk orders, an invoice can be populated, and payment can be made via direct bank transfer. Payment must be received and cleared before products will be shipped. 4. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Once an order has been submitted, our team immediately begins processing it. 7. What are the shipping times for orders?

Shipping times for orders placed on our website are dependent on Auspost, the postal service provider. We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Once the order has been handed over to Auspost, they will be responsible for providing updates on the shipping progress. However, please note that we cannot guarantee arrival times as they are outside of our control.

8. Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping as an option at checkout. If you require faster delivery, you can select the express shipping option for your order. Please note that the shipping times for express delivery will be shorter compared to standard shipping, but they may still vary depending on Australia Post's services and your location.

9. How are the postage options priced?

The prices for postage options are determined by Australia Post. We do not have control over these prices, as they are set by Australia Post based on various factors such as package weight, dimensions, and destination. We understand that shipping costs can be a concern, and we always strive to offer the most competitive rates possible for our customers.

10. Do you offer local delivery for bulk orders?

For customers located in the North of Melbourne, we may be able to arrange private delivery for bulk orders. 11. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. The availability of international shipping and the associated costs may vary depending on the destination. 12. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
